This unit mounts directly to the battery and distributes electrical power to the vehicle's main systems through integrated high-current connections and fusible links, making it an ideal replacement for a damaged, burnt, or faulty original junction box. The rear power distribution box is fitted directly to the battery and supplies power to the junction box, engine electronics, starter, alternator, and Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS).
